The app is provided for use by authorised volunteers and managers of More Than A Sundae only.

This policy describes how the More Than A Sundae app handles personal information for volunteers and managers.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address, and password (stored securely)
Profile information you provide, such as a photo and phone number
Shift and task data: sign-ups, assignments, attendance, and availability
Device tokens for push notifications, if you allow them
Calendar entries you choose to save from the app

How we use it

To run the volunteer rota and shop schedule
To let managers coordinate shifts, tasks, and attendance
To send notifications about shifts and shop updates
To operate and improve the app

Who can see your data

Managers can view volunteer profiles, rota information, and attendance records they need to run the shop
Volunteers can see their own profile and relevant shift information
We do not sell your personal data

Where data is stored

Data is stored using Supabase (hosted cloud database services). Access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact your manager or email hello@nathanjfield.co.uk.

Children

The app is intended for volunteers on the More Than A Sundae team. Accounts for under-18s should be set up with a parent or guardian and manager approval where required.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
